By using shamsinternationalco.jp and ordering vehicles from Shams International Trading Co. JP you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations and pricing

Quotations are provided as FOB, CNF or CIF as selected by the customer and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation. Vehicle prices at auction may change before a bid is won.

2. Auction bidding

We bid on your behalf only after you approve the bidding details. Once a bid is won, the purchase is binding.

3. Payment

Payment is made by bank wire transfer against a proforma invoice. Please confirm our bank details by phone or WhatsApp before sending any payment.

4. Inspection and condition

We provide photos, auction sheets and inspection information in good faith. Used vehicles may show normal signs of wear.

5. Shipping and documents

Shipping schedules are estimates and depend on carriers. Original export documents are couriered after payment is received. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and compliance with the rules of their destination country.

6. Transport warranty

We provide warranty coverage against transport-related damage within Japan, excluding natural disasters.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected vehicle.
